Zippy Shell Finalizes Sale of Northern Virginia Territory – Continues Rapid Expansion

Zippy Shell USA, LLC has entered into a franchise agreement with Rubicon Storage, LLC for the rights to Zippy Shell Mobile Self Storage in Northern Virginia.  The agreement covers, Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudon County, and Falls Church, and completes franchise coverage of the entire Washington DC Metro area. 

“I am thrilled to purchase the rights to Zippy Shell in Northern Virginia,” said Bill Shannon, President of Rubicon. “I am confident the Zippy Shell concept will revolutionize the mobile storage industry in Northern Virginia and beyond.  We can now combine the convenience of mobile storage with a much more affordable cost for our customers.”

Zippy Shell USA provides its service with shells that are registered vehicles. This provides for much more flexibility at a time when more and more restrictions are being put on the typical storage containers and where they can be placed.
